The unit consist of a house and adjoining flat 80m from the main beach with excellent view over the
bay.
HOUSE INTERIOR:
- Main bedroom (upstairs) with double bed, spacious build-in cupboards, TV and balcony with beautiful view
over the bay. Whales (June to January) and Dolphins are often seen close to shore.
- Spare bedroom (upstairs) with double bed, spacious build-in cupboards,
- Bathroom (upstairs) with spacious shower and toilet. (No bath)
- Large TV room equipped with indoor braai with all facilities, snooker table
with full set billiard and snooker balls, dart-board (Bring own darts), DSTV
(Bring own SIM card), Video machine and music centre.
There is also a sleeper-couch that is easily turned into a double bed fully equipped with 2 sets of linen.
This room has its own bath-room with shower and toilet (no bath) and exit
to outdoor braai.. It
serves as a third bedroom allowing privacy.
- Outdoor braai covered by a fisherman style pagoda.
- Lounge with a fire-place. It has a beautiful view over most of the bay.
- Large kitchen equipped for 8 persons with breakfast nook & 6 chairs, 4 plate electric stove, fridge/freezer,
micro-wave oven and electric kettle etc.
- Laundry/washing-up area with automatic washing machine and ironing facilities.
- Walled-in backyard with double sink and clothes-line.
- An additional 2 disco beds with linen are available on request.
FLAT INTERIOR:
- Bedroom with double bed and 2 single beds with sliding curtain for privacy.
- TV, 2 ceiling fans and large build-in cupboards.
- Bathroom with Bath, Toilet and shower.
- Lounge with 2 double couches. ( One couch is a sleeper couch ideal for children.) TV , and single couch.
- Fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, 4 plate electric stove and cupboards equipped with cutlery for 6 persons.
- All linen is supplied EXCEPT TOWELS.
- Fully equipped Outdoor braai on stoep with 4 seater bunk.
- Paved parking for 2 cars adjacent to tar road. ( Please do not block entrance to house.)
A 50% deposit will confirm your booking and the balance is required before occupation.

Please note - Guests are required to check the inventory for consensus and will be held responsible for any
items missing, damage and/or breakages. A R250 key deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded by the
caretaker after satisfactory inspection.
